Boese smacked a walk-off hit in the bottom of the ninth inning to lead Scott County Central past Chaffee 7-6 in baseball action Tuesday.
Boese also drilled a homer in the seventh to force extra innings. He finished 4 for 5 and also earned the win on the mound.
Alex Davie led the Red Devils by going 3 for 5 with two RBIs.
