All the local high school events reported Monday to the Southeast Missourian.

Scott City junior Katie Hogan continued to add to her impressive career points total.

The 6-foot-1 post player scored 18 points in Monday's 49-47 road win against Kelly in girls basketball action.

Hogan, who scored her 1,000th career point against Delta on Thursday, added eight rebounds against the Hawks.

Brittany Kiefer added four points and eight rebounds in the win.

Kayla Hicks led the Hawks with 21 points, while Kristen Powell added 17.

Sophomore Kyle Stroder added 14 points and senior Lance Seiler 13 in the win.

Brett Wengert led the Indians (2-6) with 24 points, including a pair of 3s. Sean Martin scored 12 points and pulled down nine rebounds, while Adam Winkler dished out seven assists.

St. Vincent returns to action Jan. 28 when it hosts Hillsboro.
