All the scores from Saturday that were reported to the Southeast Missourian.

The Perryville girls basketball team used a strong third quarter Saturday to pull away from crosstown rival St. Vincent 39-28 in the Mayor's Cup at the Perry Park Center.

The Pirates outscored the Indians 15-5 in the third period to pull away after leading just 13-11 at halftime.

Natalie Gremaud paced the Pirates (8-11) with 12 points. Allison Moldenhauer added 10 points.

Courtney Heberlie and Katie Mattingly scored eight points apiece to lead the Indians (12-7).

"It was a very big win for us. We knew we were the underdog coming into this game," Perryville coach Vicki Lohmann said.

Kendra Pinkley scored 12 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead the Cardinals to victory at the Coaches vs. Cancer tournament in Charleston, Mo.

Keighlyn Lincoln scored a team-high 14 points and recorded five steals, while Lindsay Shell chipped in 10 points for Woodland (11-5), which hosts Clearwater on Monday.

The teams combined for 11 3-pointers.

Bohnert and Halle Lynch grabbed four rebounds apiece for Notre Dame (9-11).

Perryville roared out to a 24-4 lead after one quarter and never looked back. It led 41-15 at halftime.

Bryce Weibrecht led the Pirates (15-4) with 13 points. Ross Moldenhauer scored 12 points, all on 3-pointers, and Alex Robinson added 10 points.

Nobody scored more than five points for the Indians (6-9).

Shelby Roth helped lead Perryville to victory by winning the 200 freestyle and helped the Pirates finish first in the three relay events to snare the Mayor's Cup swim meet.

Perryville's Ali Koenig was a double individual winner, taking first in the 400 freestyle and 100 backstroke. She also swam on the Pirates' 200 medley relay and 400 freestyle relay.

Laura Steele was a double individual winner for St. Vincent.
