Perryville dropped the first game of its home volleyball match against Park Hills but recovered for a 22-25, 25-23, 25-13 victory Monday night.
The Pirates also defeated the Rebels less than two weeks ago in the semifinals of the Perryville tournament on their way to the title.
"Park Hills is really good," said Perryville coach David Mirly, who saw his team improve to 24-4. "They had four girls taller than my tallest girl, and they're fighting for the one or two seed in their district. They're a quality team."
Kaylie Hadler and Alex Spears both had 13 kills for the Pirates, while Kayla Buxton finished with 28 assists.
JV -- Park Hills won 25-18, 25-21
Bailee Cope finished with six kills, three blocks and three aces to help Leopold to a home victory.
Caitlin Petty added four kills, seven assists, five digs and three blocks, while Sydney Eeftink had seven assists, four digs and two kills.
JV -- Oak Ridge won 2-0.
Raegan Wieser posted six kills and Courtney Bergman had five to help the Crusaders to a sweep at home.
Kirsti Polhman finished with 10 assists. Nichole Mobley collected five service aces.
The Crusaders rebounded from a three-set loss to Notre Dame on Friday. The Bulldogs prevailed 22-25, 25-19, 25-15.
Hailey Mouser had seven kills and six digs as Jackson won in two games at home.
Chelsea Fowler added six kills, Kayla Thurman posted three aces, and McKenzie Scott finished with 15 assists.
JV -- Jackson won 25-19, 25-16
The Rams posted a sweep at home. No further details were available.
Second-seeded Woodland cruised to a 25-13, 25-19 victory over No. 6 Bell City in the first round of the Stoddard County Activities Association Conference tournament in Bernie, Mo.
Woodland's Rachel Poole had four kills, three digs and two aces, while Josie Long had six digs, three kills and two blocks. Vanessa Wiseman collected six assists, three aces and three digs. Chelsea Cureton led the defense with four digs.
Woodland improved to 26-1 and will face the winner of tonight's match between No. 3 Bernie and No. 6 Bloomfield in the semifinals at 8 p.m. Thursday. Top-seeded Dexter, which beat Richland, will face the winner of tonight's match between No. 4 Advance and No. 5 Puxico in the other semifinal.
The championship is slated for 8 p.m. Friday.
Notre Dame's Camille Brewer and Amy Blattel both carded state-qualifying scores Monday in the Class 1 Sectional 1 tournament at Crescent Farms Golf Course in suburban St. Louis.
Brewer carded an 84 and Blattel shot 87 to qualify for the state tournament Oct. 21-22 at Sedalia Country Club in Sedalia, Mo.
