Jared Thieret's double-double helped lead the Perryville boys basketball team into the semifinals at the Park Hills tournament Wednesday.

Thieret scored 17 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in the Pirates' 57-55 win against host Park Hills.

Cody Call finished with eight points and four rebounds, while Bryce Weibrecht scored a game-high 19 points for the Pirates (7-2).

Perryville will face Farmington in today's 6 p.m. semifinal.

Natalie Bauwens recorded a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds in the Pirates' loss in the third-place game at the North County tournament.

Natalie Gremaud added 13 points and nine rebounds for Perryville (4-6).

Abbie Schilli and Allison Moldenhauer both earned a spot on the all-tournament team.
