The Perryville junior guard nailed four 3-pointers to help the Pirates down Saxony Lutheran 61-54 in the Chester Invitational championship game.

Moldenhauer finished with 27 points.

Jared Thieret recorded a double-double, finishing with 11 points and 13 rebounds in the win.

Saxony Lutheran (7-8) jumped ahead by six points after one qaurter, but Perryville (12-4) kept chipping away.

Bryce Weibrecht added 12 points for the victors.

Gus Klaus paced the Crusaders with 21 points. Matt Wills led Saxony Lutheran with three rebounds.

Nathan Meystedt netted 19 points in the road win.

Jacob Tolbert had 16 points, while Joseph Siebert added nine points in the win.

The Bulldogs managed to gain separation in the second quarter when they outscored Helias by 10 points. Notre Dame entered halftime with a 13-point lead.

Notre Dame (9-6) defeated Jefferson City 77-65 on Friday.
