Notre Dame's Dustin Parsons won the 100 butterfly in a state qualifying time at the Cape Rock Invitational swimming meet Saturday.
Parsons touched the wall in 55.34 seconds at the 18-team meet.
The Bulldogs were the top local finisher. They took eighth. Jackson was ninth.
Kristian Troxel took second in both the 200 medley and 500 freestyle.
Host Central finished 13th.
The Tigers' Jordan Gramling finished second in the 100 freestyle and third in the 50 freestyle.
Connor McGinnis earned two state-qualifying, fifth-place finishes for Saxony Lutheran, which finished 16th.

The Notre Dame boys took second place behind Festus, while the Bulldogs girls finished fourth.
Elizabeth Kiblinger paced Notre Dame with a third-place finish, while Breanna Conklin crossed sixth.
Cole Ross led Notre Dame boys in 17th place, followed by Jacob Meadors in 18th.
The Scott City boys finished seventh. Senior Brandon Shemonia paced the Rams by taking second place in 16 minutes, 51 seconds.
