Hunter Schlosser smacked two doubles and drove in three runs as the Oran baseball team rebounded from a loss on Tuesday to clinch their first win of the season with a 9-7 victory over the Hornets.
Seth Ressel picked up his first win on the mound. He pitched five innings and gave up one earned run on four hits with five strikeouts and two walks. He also doubled and batted in one run for Oran (1-1).
Jacob Priggel also hit a double and had two RBIs for the Eagles.

The Jackson boys and girls track and field teams kicked off the season with first-place finishes in their five-team meet at Jackson Junior High School.
On the boys side, the Indians finished ahead of the pack in 11 events to clinch the gold. Notre Dame posted first-place finishes in seven events to place second.
For the girls, Jackson also claimed first place in 11 events to take the championship.
