Oak Ridge swept the team and individual titles at the SEMO Small School Conference cross country meet Tuesday.

McKenzie Elam won the girls race in 23 minutes, 16 seconds, and was followed immediately by teammates Amanda Lappe and Carlie Bolen to capture the top three spots in the race at Cape County Park North.

Chaffee's Molli McGowan and Lyndsey Statler took the next two spots to round out the top five. The Red Devils finished third.

Regan Obermann's eighth-place finish helped Saxony Lutheran take second.

Oak Ridge's Ethan Seyer won the boys race in 18:22, while teammates Corvin Schoen (third) and Jake LeGrand (fifth) also grabbed top-five finishes.

Advance's Braden Bien was second, while Saxony Lutheran's Sam Breite was fourth.

Central tri-meet

Jordan Gramling won the 100 butterfly in a state-qualifying time and took first in the 100 backstroke to pace host Central.

The Tigers won the team title with 156 points.

Jackson took second with 135 points, while Saxony Lutheran was third with 32.

The Crusaders' Connor McGinnis swam the 200 individual medley in a victorious state-qualifying time. He also won the 500 freestyle.

Jackson's Kristian Troxel placed first the 200 freestyle and 100 breaststroke.

The Wildcats improved to 16-10 on senior night.

Ashley Keim finished with 12 kills and four digs, while Lauryn Arnzen slammed 10 kills in the win.

Caitlin Petty finished with 10 kills, seven assists, three digs and four blocks, while Sydney Eeftink had 24 assists and four digs for Leopold.

Scott City 25 25 Central 18 9

Katie Hogan, Mikah Simpson and Whitney Froman led the Rams in kills, while Sydney Short led Scott City (27-0-1) in assists.

Katie Williams paced Central with eight kills.

Tori Scheller contributed 10 assists, while Ashlyn McKinley added eight digs for the Tigers (7-21-3).
