The Notre Dame girls golf team shot a score of 397 to win the Class 1 District 2 championship on Thursday at Timber Lake Golf Course in Moberly, Mo.
Notre Dame defeated eight other teams to capture the championship in the program's first season.
The Bulldogs' Camille Brewer shot a 93 to earn the co-medalist honor along with Centralia's Katie Martin.
Mattie Beussink followed with a 99, while Amy Blattel shot a 102.
Morgan Schumer added 103, and Keira Soutar carded a 109.
The Bulldogs will compete in the sectional round Wednesday at Innsbrook Resort Golf Course in Wright City, Mo.
Festus 7, Jackson 4
The Indians suffered a loss at home against Festus.
Brittany Jones went 3 for 4 for Jackson and had two RBIs.
Demesha Huddleston and Molly Crader banged out two hits each.
Katie Garner and Lauren Anderson both had a double for the Indians (10-13).

Central's Billy Leighton won the boys' race in 17 minutes, 14 seconds.
Brandon Bryant finished third with a time of 17:35.
Riley Duncan took sixth place to help Central finish second out of 14 teams.
Maddy McDonald was Central's top runner, placing sixth in 23:09. Bridget Trepasso placed 13th, while Mallory Dickson took 17th.

Jeremy Englehart, Brandon Fritsche, and Dalton Base each recorded an assist.
Zach Beal posted the shutout in goal.

Denai Arnzen led the Wildcats against Oran with six kills and three digs.
Caitlin Petty contributed six kills, five assists and seven service aces in the home win.
Sydney Eeftink added nine assists, five digs, and four service aces for Leopold (10-8).

Central was swept by Marion, Ill. in a road loss on Thursday.
Libby Hulcy led the Tigers (6-16-2) with seven kills.
St. Vincent improved to 14-6-1 by defeating Windsor at home.
Addy Hotop put up 15 assists in the win, while Erica Prost contributed 16 digs.
Katie Taylor and Katie Mattingly both added five kills for the Indians.
Marissa Erwin slammed 11 kills to lead Perryville past Saxony Lutheran.
Natalie Gremaud had six kills in the sweep.
Alex Spears finished with three kills for the Pirates (21-2).
Courtney Bergman led Saxony Lutheran with four kills and 17 digs. Jordan Hoff had four kills and 12 digs, while Kristy Winter finished with seven assists.
JV -- Perryville won in three games.
Senior Katie Hogan had 22 kills to help Scott City improve to 16-0 with a home victory.
Whitney Froman added seven kills. Mikah Simpson had four kills and three aces to go along with 12 digs.
Setter Sydney Short finished with 29 assists.
Jasmine Johnson paced Bell City with 17 kills, three digs, three blocks and two assists.
Trisha Slagley put up 18 assists for the Cubs and had five digs. Sierra Bradshaw added eight assists, five digs and one kill. Talana Woodson and Colleen Maddox had four digs for the Cubs (9-7-2).
Jackson's Kristian Troxel won the 100 butterfly in a state-qualifying time of 56.22 seconds at the Ft. Zumwalt Tri-Meet on Thursday.
Payton Beck placed second in the 500 freestyle for the Indians, while Joey Janisse finished third in the 200 individual medley.
Kelton Burgi finished second in the 100 breaststroke and third in diving for Jackson.
