High school roundup: Kelly baseball team's rally falls short vs. Sikeston

Gaven Ray doubled for Kelly, but it wasn't enough in a 7-3 home loss to the Sikeston baseball team Wednesday.

Ian Householder suffered the loss on the mound.

Kelly scored all its runs in the fifth inning, but the Bulldogs iced the win with a pair of runs in the top of the seventh.

Macy Parks and Lyndse Hamby added two hits apiece for the Bobcats.

Chantel Hendrix doubled in the win.

Myra Henson was the winning pitcher.
