But the Indians fell to Poplar Bluff in the semifinal round later in the night.
Jackson finished the season 16-15-1.
The Mules defeated the Indians 25-14, 25-20.
Chelsea Fowler had six kills and three digs, while Julia Weber added four kills in the loss.
Kelsey McDowell had 12 assists and three digs for Jackson.
The Indians knocked off Hillsboro 25-11, 25-18.
Melinna Craft had five kills, while McDowell had 12 assists and six digs in the win.

Sikeston defeated host Central in the other first-round match 25-14, 25-20.

Notre Dame defeated Doniphan 25-19, 25-11 in their first-round match.
Kate Edwards had nine kills, while Miranda Fowler added seven.
Shelby Dix had 11 assists, and Olivia Roth led the Bulldogs with 15 digs.
Notre Dame (26-7-1) will face host Dexter in today's 7 p.m. semifinal.
Perryville will play Kennett in the 5 p.m. semifinal.
The title match is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
St. Vincent, the No. 2 seed, defeated Woodland in two games at Scott City.
The Indians will face Clearwater in today's 6 p.m. semifinal.
Saxony Lutheran, the No. 5 seed, lost to Puxico in three games.
Puxico will face top-seed Scott City in today's 5 p.m. semifinal.
The championship match is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. today.
Oran defeated host Zalma in three games to open district play.
The Eagles won 18-25, 25-16, 25-17 to advance to the semifinals. They will face Leopold today at 4:30 p.m.
Addie Kielhofner led the Eagles (6-15) with nine kills, five assists, three aces and four digs.
Allie Cummins had six kills, five digs and six blocks, while Calli Mills added three kills and two blocks in the win.
Advance defeated Marquand 25-9, 25-5 in other first-round action.
Liza Gray had seven kills, while Allie Below had 13 assists for the Hornets (16-12).
Ashtyn Hudson had seven aces, while Aimie Simmers added five aces.

Erin Bollmann had 13 kills, five blocks and 11 digs, while Mercedes Abernathy had six digs for the Panthers (20-9).
Whitney Welker had six kills, four digs and three blocks, while Kelsey Kennedy added eight assists and four digs.
Advance will play Meadow Heights in the 6 p.m. semifinal.
Bell City defeated Campbell 25-8, 25-8 in the opening round.
Jasmine Johnson had 13 kills and 10 digs, while Cassidy Green added six aces in the win.
The Cubs (13-13-2) then defeated Gideon 24-26, 25-16, 25-16 in the semifinals.
Johnson had 33 kills, 13 digs and three blocks in the win.
Heather Green and Sierra Bradshaw both had four kills.
Bell City will face Bernie today at 6:30 p.m. for the district title.

The Indians' 200 medley relay and 400 freestyle relay both took first place.
Austin Hobbs won the 200 individual medley and 100 butterfly and swam on the two relays, while Payton Beck took first in the 500 freestyle and swam on the two relays.
Kristian Troxel and Kelton Burgi rounded out the relay teams. Troxel added a first in the 100 freestyle, while Burgi won the 100 breaststroke.
