The 6-foot-1 junior scored 19 points and grabbed 17 rebounds in the Indians' 84-31 win.
Makenzie Quade added 20 points, while Dru Haertling chipped in 15 to help Jackson improve to 7-3.
The Indians only allowed one point in the first quarter to take command from the start.
