Laban Petzoldt and Ryan O'Rear both had a triple as the Indians held off Marion (Ill.) 10-8 in baseball action Friday at Whitey Herzog Stadium.
Avery Whiteside picked up his first win on the mound.
Kyle James and Petzoldt each went 2 for 3, while O'Rear was 2 for 4 for Jackson (2-1), which had nine hits overall.
Colton Carter went 3 for 5 for the Wildcats (3-3).
The Indians scored all nine of their runs over the first three innings, including six times in the second inning.
