Saxony Lutheran upped its record to 14-2 while Notre Dame dropped to 5-12.
Poplar Bluff's Hannah Burnett scored the lone goal to lead the Mules (6-11, 1-1 SEMO Conference) in the conference victory over the visiting Tigers.
Goalkeeper Katie Kinder had six saves to pace Central (6-9, 1-1).
Drew Short and Caden Hillemann each hit a double as the Rams picked up the conference win on the road.
Jordan Kluesner was the winning pitcher to lead Scott City (12-11, 4-0 Scott-Mississippi Conference).
