High school roundup: Dietiker scores 1,000th point for Meadow Heights girls basketball team

Meadow Heights senior forward Heather Dietiker reached the 1,000-point plateau for her career Monday in a a 64-34 victory against host Saxony Lutheran in girls basketball.

Dietiker finished with 13 points and was among four players to reach double figures for the Panthers, who claimed their 20th victory.

Erin Bollmann led Meadow Heights (20-3) with 17 points, Whitney Welker followed with 16 points and Hattie Cook had 12.

Lauren Hecht led the Crusaders (6-14) with 12 points.
