Chaffee junior Andrew Dooley tossed a one-hitter in the Red Devils' 1-0 victory over host Meadow Heights in baseball action Monday.

The Panthers' lone hit, which Chaffee ruled an error, spoiled the right-hander's no-hit bid. He struck out nine to help Chaffee improve to 7-6 this season.

Alex Davie drove in the game's lone run.

Cody Kennedy struck out 11 in a losing effort.
