The Red Devils outscored Oran 16-12 in the fourth quarter to earn the 38-37 win.
Adrienne Eichhorn led Chaffee (1-11) with 14 points, while Ellie Sigman collected 11 points and pulled down 14 rebounds.
Cheyanne King paced Oran with 17 points.

Justin Stotts netted 23 points to lead third-seeded Zalma past Marquand 89-34 in the first round of the Mississippi Valley Conference tournament at Greenville.
Floris De Jongh added 18 points and 15 rebounds for the Bulldogs.
Ryan Tucker contributed 18 points to help Zalma boost its record to 12-3. It will play top-seeded Leopold at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Ryan Below scored 21 points and picked up 10 rebounds to help fourth-seeded Oak Ridge defeat fifth-seeded Meadow Heights 57-45.
Brett Thomas collected 11 points, nine assists and 15 rebounds for the Blue Jays (14-4).
Daylan Davis scored 13 points and Calen Buerck added 11 for the Panthers.
Blake Senciboy drained five 3-pointers and finished with 24 points to lead Chaffee to an 88-37 victory over Greenville.
Jordan Yahn added 20 points to help Chaffee improve to 10-8. It's the second time in 30 years that the Red Devils have won 10 games.
Oak Ridge will play second-seeded Chaffee at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the semifinals.
