High school roundup: Central girls swimming team's 400 freestyle relay squad leads the way at CoMo

The 400 freestyle relay team of Sierra Smith, Sarah Elfrink, Josey Powell and Maddy McDonald finished ninth in 4:15.02 to lead the Central girls swimming team at the CoMo Invitational on Saturday at the Mizzou Aquatics Center in Columbia, Missouri.

The Tigers racked up 23 points and finished tied with Warrensburg for 18th place out of 25 teams.

Rock Bridge placed first with 349 points, followed by Blue Springs North (269) in second and Marquette (236) in third.
