Andrew Basler scored a game-high 22 points to lead the Warriors in the win over the Indians at home.

Daniel Bergtholdt finished with 17 points and Connor Basler added 10 points for Valle Catholic (11-6).

Nathan Carroll led the Indians with 18 points and six assists. Kevin Mattingly chipped in 12 points and Trevor Leible recorded 10 points and six rebounds for St. Vincent (3-14).

The Central wrestling team earned 51 points and took 10th place in the 16-team Liberty Invitational Tournament on Saturday in the suburban Kansas City area.

Ty Moore was the top finisher for the Tigers in the tournament. The sophomore wrestler finished in fifth place in the 120-pound division after falling over Kearney JV's freshman Aaron Border in 4 minutes, 6 seconds.
