Mary Dohogne paced the Central girls cross country team to a third-place finish Saturday at the Border Wars Classic in Edwardsville, Ill.
Dohogne covered the 3-mile course in 19 minutes, 46.45 seconds to help the Tigers score 145 points in the 19-team event.
Megan Daly crossed the line 19th, while Laura Chavez took 30th and Jordyn Richmond 31st.
The Central boys finished fifth.
Eric Schott led the Tigers with a 12th-place finish. Alex Crawford took 26th.

The Jackson girls ran to victory, scoring 32 points.
Taylor Dickerson raced to a third-place finish, covering the course in 20:08. Tori Parry finished sixth, Lindsay Seabaugh eighth and Jordan Whitener ninth.
Justin Bader paced the Indians boys with a 53rd-place finish.

The host Tigers didn't enjoy much success, dropping all three matches.
Central lost to Rock Bridge 25-8, 25-21, Farmington 25-11, 25-15 and Kickapoo 25-8, 25-10.
