The Tigers used a 16-8 advantage in the second quarter to pull out the win.
James Lane added 11 points for Central (12-6), which returns to action Tuesday when it plays Jackson at the Show Me Center.

Jordan Reisenbichler took third at 112.
Fourth-place finishers for the Indians were Levi Rayburn (119), Josh Scott (125), Aaron Delph (130), Mitchell Hazelwood (135), Justin Sievers (140), Michael Riney (189) and Mitchell Montgomery (215).
After just a one-point lead at the end of the first quarter, the Bobcats outscored Shawnee 22-7 in the second for a home win.
Taylor Smith hit five 3-pointers for 21 points, while Tori Burton added 15 points for the Bobcats (14-5).
Kendra Burnett and Machela VanGennip both netted 10 points in the win.
