Cole Nichols and Peyton Maddox each ripped a double as Bell City notched its 10th victory of the season with a 10-0 conference rout of visiting Puxico.

The game was scheduled to be played at Puxico but moved to Bell City due to wet field conditions.

Bobby Wright was the winning pitcher and also doubled for Bell City (10-1). He pitched six innings and gave up three hits, striking out 11 and walking four.

Stephan Smith endured the loss on the mound. He pitched four innings and allowed eight runs -- three earned -- on five hits. He struck out five and walked six to pace Puxico.

Schlosser also the winning pitcher, recording eight strikeouts and one walk in going the distance.

Thomas Trankler went 2 for 2, including a double, for Oran (6-2).

Jordan Griggs sustained the loss. He pitched three innings and gave up 10 earned runs on seven hits. He had six strikeouts and three walks for Scott County Central (2-4).

Clearwater's Colin Londen's drove in the game-winning run in the fifth inning as the Tigers won at home.

Steven Carter picked up the win on the mound Clearwater (7-2). He pitched a four-hit shutout, recording five strikeouts and two walks.

Levi Alsup allowed four hits and took the loss for Kelly (4-10). He went the distance with four strikeouts and three walks.

The Indians made a valiant effort to rally in the final inning but fell one run short as the Lancers came away with the conference victory in Festus, Missouri.

Scott Earley notched the win on the mound St. Pius X (7-2) . He pitched six innings and allowed one earned run on eight hits. He had four strikeouts and one walk.

Jordan Rellergert took the loss for St. Vincent (7-4). He pitched five innings and gave up six runs -- four earned -- on six hits. He tallied four strikeouts and four walks.

Noah Niswonger had a double for the Indians.

Josh Morse did not allow an earned run and went 2 for 3 at the plate in the Tigers' victory against visiting Hillsboro on Wednesday.

Morse (2-1) allowed seven hits, struck out five and did not issue a walk in throwing a complete game.

He had a double along with teammates Chase Hagerty and Clayton Reynolds.

Central improved to 5-8.

Glastetter struck out six in throwing a complete game and improving to 7-4.

Valerie Bahr hit a two-run home run in a six-run third for the Rams (9-4).

Michaela Kiefer, Liz Hensley and Lexi Hennecke each had a double for Scott City. Bahr and Hensley both had two hits, while Skylar Rhymer went 3 for 3.

Alexa Garner sustained the loss in the circle for New Madrid County Central (6-3).

Alex Spears scored two goals and had one assist to lead the Pirates in the rout of the Dragons in their second game of pool play in the Hillsboro Tournament.

Kylie Bilek dished out four assists and had one goal for Perryville (8-2). Maria Thieret added one goal and one assist. Natalie Mezo, Brooke Hogard and Brooke Moll each had one goal, and Emma Nelson added an assist for the Pirates.

Goalkeeper Miranda Stortz had one save in the shutout.

The Pirates conclude pool play at 5:45 p.m. today against Maplewood-Richmond Heights.

The Tigers were unable to make it to the championship game following a loss to the Huskies in the final night of pool play in the Hillsboro Tournament.

Central (4-7) will play for third place at 1 p.m. Saturday.
