SEARCY, Ark. -- Southeast Missouri State University's women's tennis team suffered an 8-1 loss at Harding (Ark.) Monday afternoon.
The Otahkians, who fell to 4-7, recorded their lone victory at No. 1 doubles as Mel Thomas and Adrienne Bland prevailed.
Harding, a strong Division II squad which improved to 18-4, did not lose a set in sweeping the seven singles matches.
