She has also bowled on the Thursday Ladies Combo League, the Friday Night All Stars and the Ladies Four Star Travel League. She has held office or been on committees for all the aforementioned leagues.

She has participated in state senior women tournaments since 1994 and has competed in the National WIBC Tournament.

Grimes was the Women's Bowling Association's first `Bowler of the Year,' in 1974.
