For the second straight game, the Delta Ladycats scored over 100 points in a home game, this time in a 116-24 win over East Prairie on Thursday, Nov. 30, in Delta, Mo.

Delta was led by Jade Berry, who scored 35 points including 32 in the first half alone. Mya Gillespie scored 17 points, followed by 16 points from Addison Nichols, Grace Ancell, and Presley Holweg. The Ladycats made nine shots from the three-point line and made 9-of-16 from the free-throw line.

The Ladycats scored 41 points in the first quarter and 31 in the second quarter, while keeping the Eagles from the basket throughout the half.

After leading 72-0 at halftime, the Ladycats scored as many points in the third quarter alone as the Eagles put up through the second half.

Maddie Powers scored six points to lead the Eagles, who were kept from the charity stripe all game.

Delta (3-0) travels to Neelyville on Dec. 4.

__Oak Ridge 41, Grandview 38__

The Oak Ridge Blue Jays improved their record to 4-1 with a contested victory over Grandview 41-38 on Thursday in Hillsboro, Mo.

Reagan Howe led the Blue Jays with 21 points and seven rebounds, while Madyson Ruehling added eight points with seven rebounds.

Oak Ridge's only loss this season came against a Delta team that is dominating everyone on the schedule. Coming off a year where they won 10 games for the first time in program history, the Blue Jays (4-1) are on pace to establish a new record season.

"I am proud of my team for the way they are bouncing back after Delta ran it up on us earlier in the week," Oak Ridge head coach Julie Ward said.

Oak Ridge returns home to host Charleston on Dec. 6.

__Scott City 74, Charleston 14__

Scott City continues its season-opening winning streak with a 74-14 win over Charleston on Thursday in Charleston, Mo.

Mackenzie Lawless led the Rams with 12 points, followed by 10 points each from Ramsey Spinks and Hayden Collier.

The Rams (4-0) went from allowing 44 points in each of their first two games to allowing a combined 44 points in the previous two games. Scott City enters the Red Devil Invitational in Chaffee, starting with a first-round matchup against Advance on Saturday, Dec. 2.

__Chaffee 49, Advance 42__

Chaffee overcame the Hornets of Advance in overtime with a 49-42 win on Thursday at Advance.

Bailey Robertson led the Red Devils with 15 points while Kiersten Arnold added 12 points. The Hornets were led by Maggie Stubenrauch and Kaylee Cline, who each scored 10 points.

Advance entered the fourth quarter down 28-24. The Hornets came back to force overtime after scoring 14 points in the final period, five of which came from the free-throw line. Free throws favored Chaffee in overtime, who went 5-of-7 from the charity stripe compared to Advance going 2-of-2.

Both teams head to the Red Devil Invitational on Saturday, Dec. 2, in Chaffee. The Red Devils (2-1) open the tournament against Meadow Heights at 10 a.m., while the Hornets (0-4) take on Scott City at 1 p.m.
