Time for review?

RECENTLY, SOUTHEAST Missouri State football coach Tim Billings said he and his coaching staff would evaluate the team and see where they're at. Maybe the board of regents should take note and evaluate the entire athletic department and see where everyone stands. The regents should probably go as far as evaluating the president of the university and work their way down. So far, the administration has done nothing to prove that they are dedicated to producing championship caliber teams at Southeast Missouri. It all starts at the top.
