THIS PERTAINS to the Rams' game Sunday against the 49ers. The 49ers just whipped their butt. I've never seen such a mess of a team like that on the field. Every one of them ought to have to take a pay cut.

Settling the scores

IN SUNDAY'S Sports section, Saturday's college football scores were not included. College football scores should be in the Sunday paper. Also, could smaller print be used for the on-the-air column in the Sports section? I can barely read it now.

We'll continue to try and publish college football scores each week as our space allows.

Talking all-stars

I WAS wondering who made area all-district, all-conference, all-region and all-state from the high school softball teams around the area.

Expert soccer knowledge

THE SOCCER article describing the two first round games of the District 1 tournament was excellent. You can tell the difference between an author that really knows the game he is writing about as opposed to the writer who is just merely reporting the results of the game.

A fan of the latest line

I'VE BEEN a Southeast Missourian subscriber for many years. However, during football season I have to buy the Post-Dispatch to get the latest line on college and pro football. The Missourian publishes lottery numbers. Why not the latest line?

One vote for the Chiefs

PLEASE ADD my vote to the two you've already received for more Chiefs coverage. My family has been Chiefs fans for 30 years, and we subscribe to the NFL Sunday Ticket so we can watch all Chiefs games.

It all adds up

PLEASE GIVE us more pictures and coverage of Central High School athletics. You did a good job with the soccer team in today's paper with a nice big picture. However, for the football team, we got a nice article and a picture of a Poplar Bluff football player. Maybe we need to get a subscription to the Poplar Bluff newspaper to get pictures of Central.
