Sarah Cook lead all scorers with 21 points, and Kaci Menz added 12 for the Bobcats.
Brittney Peet paced the Bravettes with 15 points, and Brittany Godwin had 10.
Delta will face top-seeded Kelly in the tournament championship Saturday.
Sixth-seeded Chaffee edged No. 7 Oran 39-36 in the consolation semifinal round.
The Devils will take on No. 5 Scott City in the consolation championship Saturday.
Kegan Orr scored a game-high 19 points to lead Chaffee (1-3).
