Robin Davis and Carol Largent will have their names etched on the Stupples Cup for a second consecutive year.

The Dalhousie Golf Club team led by professional Gary Squires topped a field of nine teams in the second annual event, which scored two best balls from the four-person teams in an 18-hole, handicapped format.

Squires, Davis, Largent and Karen Matthews posted a score of 125 to win by six strokes.

The Dalhousie team with head pro Scott Roe, Alice Temm, Jane Kirk and Kathy Mitchell finished second in 131. Another Dalhousie team, with general manager Andy Deiro, Jennifer Coad, Betty Dewitt and Nancy Settles was third in 132.

The event also featured teams from clubs as far away as Jefferson City, Mo., O'Fallon, Mo., and Carbondale, Ill.

Davis and Largent last year were on the winning team led by Stupples, Dalhousie's touring pro and a member of the LPGA Tour.
