Johnson team wins scramble at Dalhousie

The team of Dee Johnson, Terri Parmly, Carol Largent, Barb Denton and Judy Garrett shot a 66 to win the Ladies' Spring Scramble at Dalhousie.

Harriette Myers, Ann Dombrowski, Deanna Estes, Betty DeWitt and Kay Tolliver placed second at 70. Closest-to-the-hole winners were Eileen Owens (No. 5), Dombrowski (No. 8), Denton (No. 11) and Dombrowski (No. 13),

Long, Bollinger win Ladies Day scramble

Vicki Long and Sheryl Bollinger won the Opening Ladies Day scramble at Cape Girardeau Country Club.

Laura Woldvedt and Irene Thomas took second.

McIntosh sinks ace at Kimbeland C.C.

Andy McIntosh of Marble Hill, Missouri, recently carded his third career hole-in-one at Kimbeland Country Club.

McIntosh used a 6-iron to ace No. 8, a par 3 playing 154 yards. Witnesses were Allen Hill and Dean Smithmier.
