Angela Morton and Rita Walter added seven kills apiece for the Tigers (18-9-3).

Game scores were 25-11, 23-25, 25-16.

Katie Scholl had 24 assists and Taylor Kirn had eight kills for Central.

JV -- Scott City won 21-25, 25-19, 25-21.

Lauren Meyer led the Blue Jays with 15 kills and three aces.

Stacy Roberts had four kills while Hannah Sedgwick chipped in two aces for Oak Ridge (2-12).

Cassie Jansen led Leopold with seven kills in a home win.

Maddy Hutchings added five kills and four service aces for the Wildcats (23-3).

JV -- Leopold won 25-16, 25-15.

Oran defeated visiting Saxony Lutheran on senior night.

Cassie Graviett led the Eagles (8-12-1) with eight kills, three digs and two blocks while Cammie Milam added three kills, eight assists, two aces and three digs.

The Panthers improved to 14-7-2 this season.

JV -- Saxony Lutheran won 26-24, 24-26, 25-21.

The Cubs improved to 27-2-1 behind Jessica Abner's seven kills.

Rachel Spears had six kills and Jenny Lathum had four in the win.

Emily Welker and Meghan Dohogne each had four kills to lead the Bulldogs.

Taylor Sanders added three kills while Shannon Brennan had nine assists and 12 straight service points to start the second game.

CROSS COUNTRYAdvance Invitational

Ross Gage finished in third place to lead the first-place Saxony Lutheran boys team, which finished with 47 points.

Gage crossed the line in 16 minutes, 4 seconds.

Woodland finished with 51 points, followed by Oak Ridge (70) and Delta (88).

On the girls side, Deanna Dippold finished fourth for the Crusaders (20:06).
