POTOSI, Mo. -- Central baseball rallied from a one-run deficit and held on to defeat Potosi 10-8 Friday.

Central (3-3) scored five runs in the fifth inning to overcome a 5-4 Potosi lead.

In the decisive fifth, RBI triples by Aaron Dohogne and Chris Conrad and an RBI double by Seth Hudson were the key hits.

Josh Ford led the Tigers with three hits as Central outhit Potosi 13 to 8. Mitch Craft, Chris Daniel, Conrad and Dohogne had two each.

Mark Wittenborn (1-1) picked up the win, while Hudson came on to quell a late Potosi (3-2) rally and get the save.

Central's JV team pounded Potosi 12-2, with Sean Bard getting the win and leading the offense with four hits. Colin Schermann added three safeties.
