SOUTH HAVEN, Miss. -- Wood & Huston Cape Junior Legion split a pair of games Saturday in the Mid-South Super Series II.

A 13-3 win over Oxford (Miss.) and an 11-0 loss to the Dallas (Texas) D-Bats put Wood & Huston at 1-2 in pool play and 19-24 on the season.

Cape pounded out 18 hits in the win over Oxford. Seth Hudson finished with four hits, including two doubles and four RBIs. Jordan Comer, Aaron Dohogne and Josh Ford each had three hits.

Adam Ralls went the distance on the mound for the win. He allowed seven hits, struck out three and walked three.

Wood & Huston managed just five hits against the Dallas squad, which is 4-0 in pool play. Comer suffered the loss.

Cape will face Madison (Miss.) and the Dixie Stars today.
