The St. Francis Indoor Invitational 2001 will begin play today and continue through Sunday at three sites on the Southeast Missouri State University campus.
The indoor youth soccer tournament, in its seventh year, will contain a field of 110 teams from four states. The tournament is for boys and girls ages 9 to 16.
A total of 172 games will be played this weekend, with the first beginning at 5 p.m. today. Action will resume at 7 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
Tournament site locations are the Show Me Center, Student Recreation Center and Houck Field House.
An all-day admission charge of $2.50 applies to those over 7 years of age. Children under 7 are free.
