BRIEFS: CARDINAL CARAVAN TO VISIT

The St. Louis Cardinals Caravan will visit Cape Girardeau Wednesday, Jan. 15.

A 6 p.m. program will be held at the Show Me Center, which will be followed by a children-only autograph session.

Cardinals who are tentatively scheduled to participate include Brian Jordan, Ray Lankford and Dmitri Young. Cardinals mascot Fredbird and announcer Al Hrabosky are also traveling with the Caravan.

Cost is $5 with all proceeds to go the Cape Youth Baseball Association.
