Two members of the Southeast Missouri State University softball team will play with a St. Louis area all-star squad that will face Team USA Aug. 11 at ABC Park in St. Louis.

Shortstop Jenny Doehring and outfielder Brook Nett will be the Southeast players on the St. Louis squad that will face Team USA.

Doehring led Southeast in hitting and pitching as a freshman last season. She hit .321 and posted a 9-6 record on the mound with a 1.69 earned-run average to earn all-Ohio Valley Conference honors.

Nett batted .286 as a freshman last season.

The 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. games Aug. 11 are part of Team USA's 31-city tour.
