St. Vincent's Alex Winkler ran the opening kick back for a touchdown and the Indians rolled to a 55-0 win over Missouri Military Academy Friday night.

St. Vincent improved to 1-2 this season.

The Indians scored 27 points in the first quarter of the shutout road win.

Quarterback Tim Schumer rushed for three touchdowns and was 3 for 5 passing for 27 passing yards.

Derek Joggerst had 11 carries for 109 yards and a touchdown.

Taylor Sauer and Cole Steinbecker each added a rushing touchdown.

Gabe Galati recovered a fumble in the endzone for a touchdown to round out the Indians' scoring.

Sean Martin was 6 for 6 on extra points, while Levi Gotto also converted.

St. Vincent did not score in the second quarter but had seven points in the third and 21 in the fourth quarter.

St. Vincent will take on Herculaneum at 7:30 p.m. Friday at home.
