BRIEFLY: SOUTHEAST TRACK TEAMS IN ACTION SATURDAY

The Southeast Missouri State University men's and women's indoor track teams will compete Saturday in the 10-team McDonald's/Saluki Invitational at Southern Illinois-Carbondale.

Other teams involved are Eastern Illinois, Memphis, Murray State, Arkansas State, Valparaiso, McKendree, Parkland and Wisconsin-Parkside. Tennessee-Martin will enter a women's team only.

"It will be a scored meet, but we aren't really concerned with the team score," said Southeast coach Joey Haines. "We just want to prepare for the OVC championships and try to get some people qualified for the NCAA championships."
