Southeast Missouri State University's women's soccer team, which has already matched its win total from last year's inaugural season of play, faces a tough test tonight when state rival Southwest Missouri comes to Houck Stadium for a 7 o'clock match.
The Otahkians are 4-1-1 and they are ranked 10th nationally in scoring, led by freshman Erika Todd, who ranks fifth nationally and leads the Ohio Valley Conference with 3.17 points per game, based on eight goals and three assists.
Nichole Thiele is right behind Todd in the OVC statistics with 2.67 points per game on seven goals and two assists.
Otahkian goalkeeper Tami Hebert is second in the OVC with an 0.93 goals-against average.
