Becky Shull, a member of the Southeast Missouri State University track team, has been named to the first team GTE Academic All-District VII women's spring at-large squad.

Leslie McNamara, also a member of the track team, was named second team GTE Academic All-District.

Shull, who has a perfect 4.0 cumulative grated point average in secondary math education, placed fourth in the javelin and eighth in the 100-meter hurdles at the OVC outdoor track championships. She was the 1999 OVC javelin champion.

McNamara, who had a 3.858 G.P.A. in criminal justice, placed seventh in the 3,000-meter run and eighth in the 10,000 at the OVC championships.

Both Shull and McNamara are seniors.
