BRIEFLY: SEMO VOLLEYBALL PLAYS IN ST. LOUIS TOURNEY

ST. LOUIS -- Southeast Missouri State University's volleyball squad will begin play today in the five-team 7-Up Billiken Invitational hosted by St. Louis University.

The Otahkians, 4-4 and losers of three straight matches, will have two matches both today and Saturday. Today's opponents are Arkansas State (noon) and George Washington (4 p.m.) while Saturday's foes are East Tennessee State (10 a.m.) and St. Louis (2 p.m.).

By the end of the tournament, Southeast will have played its first 12 matches on the road. The home opener will be Thursday night against Middle Tennessee State.
