Southeast Missouri State University's volleyball team appears poised to capture the regular-season Ohio Valley Conference championship for the fifth time in a row and the sixth time in the past seven years.

Entering tonight's final regular-season home match against Tennessee-Martin (7 p.m. at Houck Field House), the Otahkians lead the OVC with a 12-3 record. They're 22-8 overall.

Tennessee Tech (13-4, Murray State (12-4) and Austin Peay (11-5) are all within striking distance of Southeast. But the Otahkians are through playing those squads during the regular season.

The Otahkians can take care of their own business by winning their final three regular-season matches: tonight against UTM, Friday at Eastern Kentucky and Saturday at Morehead State.

Tonight's match will be the final regular-season home action for the Otahkians, who will host the OVC Tournament Nov. 21-23.
