CLAYTON, Mo. -- Chase Urhahn finished 3 for 3 with an RBI and four runs scored, and the Notre Dame baseball team defeated Clayton 8-1 to advance to the Class 4 final four for the first time since 2009 on Thursday at Shaw Park.

Christian Job went 2 for 4 with three RBIs, and Dean Crippen was 2 for 3 with a pair of RBIs in the win for Notre Dame (26-5).

The Greyhounds, who upset defending state champion Westminster Christian Academy in their district tournament, ended their season with a record of 17-12.

The Bulldogs scored four runs in the first five innings before tacking on four runs in the sixth inning to come away with the victory.

Adam Pope got the win on the mound for Notre Dame.
