Hayti snapped a tie with a pair of touchdowns in the final minute of the third quarter and handed Chaffee its first loss of the season, a 26-6 setback Friday night.
Chaffee, which trailed 6-0 at halftime, tied the game on a 29-yard pass from Jordan Yahn to Zach Dannenmueller with 4 minutes, 6 seconds left in the third quarter.
Hayti drove 57 yards on its ensuing possession to take the lead for good.
Indians quarterback Karnard Humes scored on a 9-yard run and then ran in the conversion for a 14-6 lead.
Chaffee (2-1) turned the ball over on its next two possessions, and Hayti (3-0) turned both into touchdowns.
