Former Southeast Missouri State University women's gymnastics coach Bill Hopkins began a new job this week as director of student activities for the Lindbergh School District in St. Louis County.
In his new position, Hopkins will work for a district that includes seven schools and more than 6,000 students.
"I'm excited about this opportunity," said Hopkins. "I'll be doing a lot of promotional work, which is something I had done at Southeast."
Hopkins resigned in June after 18 seasons as Southeast's women's gymnastics coach.
