Several area athletes have been selected to participate in the 12th annual Missouri High School Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Series which will be held this weekend at Central Missouri State in Warrensburg, Missouri.

In Class 2A, Jason Glastetter and Jim Hulshof will represent Kelly High School, while Dusty Leggett and Jason Harrell were chosen from Chaffee. Lance Crawford from South Pemiscot, Scott Mattingly from Malden and DeRay Ivie from Portageville will also play in the Class 2A game, which will take place at noon on Sunday.

In Class 1A, Dustin Dannenmueller and Dustin Glastetter will represent Oran. The Class 1A game will be at noon on Saturday.

Sikeston's Cory Goetz and Mark Silverthorn, and Farmington's Chad Walden and Michael Thebeau will play in the Class 4A game, which is slated for 3:30 p.m. Sunday..
