Age prevails over youth at French Open

Fourth-seeded Andre Agassi, the oldest remaining man in the French Open, cruised to a 6-2, 6-4, 6-2 win over No. 25 Tommy Robredo of Spain, the youngest player, to reach the fourth round.

With his wife, Steffi Graf, watching from the stands, Agassi fought off three break points in the 10th game to win the second set and breezed in the third.

Norman falters at Kemper Open

Greg Norman was ahead by two strokes after the second round, but he struggled on almost every hole Saturday and shot a 3-over 74. The 47-year-old Australian is three shots behind Bob Estes and Bob Burns, who shot 69s to lead a jumbled leaderboard at 10-under 203 on a day when fast greens and a swirling breeze allowed no one to take control.
