Patrik Berglund, Jason Arnott and David Backes also scored to help the Blues beat the Avalanche for the first time in three meetings this season and only the second time in 11 games overall.

Colorado got outshot 28-9 over the first two periods and 39-15 overall en route to just its second loss in 11 games.
