CHICAGO -- Jason Williams scored two goals and added an assist to lead the Chicago Blackhawks to a 4-3 preseason win over the St. Louis Blues on Sunday night.

Martin Havlat and Rene Bourque also scored for Chicago (2-2-1). Williams has two goals and three assists in three preseason contests.

Lee Stempniak, Eric Brewer and Jeff Woywitka had goals for St. Louis (1-3).

Chicago's Nikolai Khabibulin made 17 saves. Manny Legace allowed four goals through two periods for St. Louis. Jason Bacashihua played the third and stopped both shots he faced.

Havlat fired in a rebound 41 seconds into the first to open the scoring. Stempniak tied it 46 seconds later.

Brewer gave the Blues a 2-1 lead at 3:43 of the second, but Chicago moved ahead on William's goals later in the period. Bourque made it 4-2 by the close of the second period.

Woywitka cut it to 4-3 on a screened shot with 7:35 left.
